The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is pleased to announce our 2011 PA Delegation Selection trainings in preparation for the 2012 Democratic National Convention. To encourage full participation by all Democrats, the PA Democratic Party has adopted and is implementing a program with specific goals and timetables for the involvement of constituency groups including African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, Women, LGBT, Disabled, Youth and Seniors.
